OREO PANCAKES

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/4 CupMilk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 5 Tbsp Butter, Melted
  • 8 Chopped Oreos
  • (Finely crushed Oreos for topping/garnish)

Directions:

Add all the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir together.  Lightly beat egg in a separate bowl. Add milk and vanilla to egg and stir.  Melt butter and add to dry ingredients.  Add all other wet ingredients to dry ingredients then fold in the chopped Oreos.  I kept my Oreo pieces pretty chunky.  Pour onto skillet and flip when there are bubbles in the top.  Pancakes are done when each side is golden brown.
